This episode we talk to Robert Skinner, who was in the highway construction industry for almost 45 years.  Listen as he talks about the history of the highway system in Eastern Arkansas during the last half of the 20th century, and his involvement in it.  We talk about the progress of technology and what it was like being an inspector for the State, then working on the other side for a highway contractor.
